ABOUT ME
My name is Ines Castagnet
I am the Founder of Dua Copa and facilitate individual one-on-one personal transformational processes.
In 2019 I trained as a Reiki Energy Healer Practitioner and in 2021 became a Liscenced Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapist. In 2022-2024 I trained in Art of Hosting and Participatory Leadership, and Gestalt Psychology. Most recently, my work has integrated somatic and emotional tools from the context of Possibility Management.
I hold space for people to access their feelings and emotions in their physical, energetic, emotional, and intellectual bodies. Working with emotions (energy in motion), frees up space to process trauma, release the past, and create more aliveness in the body bringing you into greater presence with the present moment. It also allows you to use the information of the 5 bodies and feelings to make empowered decisions, repattern outdated beliefs and connect with your authentic needs and desires.
